QEngine Issue manager is a hierarchical issue tracking and bug tracking software. It allow you to maximize developers' productivity, reduce the cost of management, and introduce standardized bug tracking and issue management into your enterprise. It provides you comprehensive reporting, enabling you to improve productivity, accurately predict deployment dates, manage project resources, and analyze what work has been completed and what work remains.
Automatic and highly customizable e-mail notification ensures that all team members are tied into the issue and change tracking process. As issues are updated, e-mail messages indicating the changes are sent automatically to the appropriate person.
It allows managing an unlimited number of projects within an organization. Moreover, it offers a high level of flexibility when managing users, who have different access rights depending on the project. Access rights range from the basic read-only to the comprehensive full control level.
Each user can be assigned to several projects and have different access rights depending on the project. Each task within a project is assigned to a specific user, member of the project. All users can make changes to tasks in their project simultaneously.
